The schedule for employers with 25 or fewer employees:
On January 1, 2019, the minimum wage will increase to $11.00 per hour.

On January 1, 2019, the minimum wage will increase to $12.00 per hour.

Please note: Increases to the state minimum wage result in changes to the exempt minimum salary threshold. Call us for details.

Did you also know? Certain cities have adopted a minimum wage that exceeds the California minimum wage rate. Employers that fall under such a local minimum wage ordinance are advised to review the requirements.
